DELIVERY VIA COURIER

Retail Box strives to fulfill orders as soon as possible. All items are normally dispatched within one working day of placing your order.

Once an order is dispatched it may take between 1-5 working days for delivery. Orders are not always dispatched on day of ordering.

Orders over R500 are free, shipping for orders under R500 will be charged at R50 per shipment.

Deliveries made to extremely remote areas may incur a delivery charge.

Orders are delivered via Dawn Wing couriers and can be tracked using RTB followed by your order number at www.dawnwing.co.za

INSTORE COLLECTIONS

Instore collections are free when you choose to collect your order at one of our salons located in the Western Cape.  You can find a list of our stores here. Your order will take approxiamately 1 - 3 working days after the day of processing to be delivered to one of our stores.  We will send you an email once your order is ready for collection. 

RETURNS

For hygiene reasons, Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed by us. All goods returned will incur a 15% handling fee.

BLACK FRIDAY SALE - DELIVERIES MAY TAKE LONGER THAN NORMAL DUE TO HIGH VOLUMES

While our warehouse has called in extra staff and are working throughout the weekend as hard as they can, we cannot control your order once it has left the warehouse. While we hope our courier will ensure timely delivery, slight      delays may occur because of the high volume of orders and busy period.
