Shipping policy

DELIVERY VIA COURIER

Retail Box strives to fulfill orders as soon as possible. All items are normally dispatched within one working day of placing your order.

Once an order is dispatched it may take between 1-5 working days for delivery. Orders are not always dispatched on day of ordering.

Orders over R400 are free, shipping for orders under R400 will be charged at R50 per shipment.

Deliveries made to extremely remote areas may incur a delivery charge.

Orders are delivered via Dawnwing Couriers, RAM Couriers or Skynet and can be tracked on their websites.  

RETURNS

For hygiene reasons, Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed by us. All goods returned will incur a 15% handling fee.

SHIPPING DURING BLACK FRIDAY

Shipping during Black Friday may take longer than normal due to high volumes.  Please allow an extra 2-3 working days for delivery.
