Delivery Information
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day after payment has been received.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes between 1 and 5 working days, depending on your location within South Africa.
During busy sale periods, public holidays, or promotional events, dispatch and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Shipping Costs
Free delivery applies to all orders over R400.
Orders under R400 are charged a flat R50 delivery fee.
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to outlying or remote areas.
Order Processing
Orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day. While we always aim for the fastest turnaround possible, same-day dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Returns
Due to hygiene and product integrity requirements, returns are only accepted for items that are:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- Returned with all tamper-resistant seals intact
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they have been received by Retail Box.
Approved returns are subject to a 15% handling fee.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive a tracking notification so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your delivery area, courier volumes, and peak trading periods.
