When you place an order through this website, you are making an offer to purchase the goods selected.

An order is only accepted once Retail Box dispatches the goods. Until dispatch, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, in which case any payment received will be refunded.

Each order placed through the website is treated as a separate transaction.

All payments must be made in full at the time required during checkout.

Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Retail Box makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, promotions, and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date. However, errors, omissions, or discrepancies may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing, promotional, discount, product information, description, specification, or other error or omission at any time.

If an incorrect price, discount, or promotional offer is displayed and an order is placed based on that error, Retail Box reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel the affected item or order before dispatch. Where payment has already been made, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded.

Product images displayed on the Retail Box website are provided for illustrative purposes and are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible. Actual products, packaging, colours, labels, containers, accessories, or presentation may vary from the images displayed due to manufacturer updates, packaging changes, photographic lighting, screen settings, or other factors.

Where a manufacturer or supplier changes a product's packaging, labelling, container, or presentation without materially changing the underlying product, Retail Box may continue to display an image of the previous packaging while updated imagery is being obtained.

Colours and shades displayed on screen may also vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting conditions, and other technical factors. Where colour or shade selection is important, customers should refer to the relevant product information and shade descriptions before purchasing.

Retail Box will make every reasonable effort to dispatch orders as promptly as possible.

Dispatch and delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to operational, courier, promotional, or external factors.

Product availability is subject to stock on hand at the time your order is processed.

Retail Box Rewards Points are earned and redeemed in accordance with the Retail Box Rewards Programme and are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Rewards Points are valid for 12 months from the date on which they are earned. Any Rewards Points that have not been redeemed within 12 months of the date they were earned will automatically expire and will no longer be available for use.

Each allocation of Rewards Points has its own 12-month validity period based on the date on which those specific points were earned.

Expired Rewards Points cannot be reinstated, exchanged for cash, transferred, refunded, or otherwise credited back to a customer's account.

Rewards Points have no cash value and may only be redeemed against eligible purchases from Retail Box, subject to any applicable exclusions, minimum spend requirements, redemption limits, or programme rules.

If an order on which Rewards Points were earned is cancelled, refunded, or returned, Retail Box reserves the right to deduct the corresponding Rewards Points from the customer's Rewards Points balance.

If Rewards Points have already been redeemed against an order that is subsequently cancelled or refunded, the treatment of those points will be subject to the applicable Retail Box Rewards Programme rules.

Retail Box reserves the right to amend the validity or expiry period of Rewards Points at any time. Any revised expiry period will be published on our website and will apply to Rewards Points earned from the effective date of the change, unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable law. Rewards Points earned before the effective date will remain subject to the expiry period that applied when those points were earned.

This website is made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retail Box makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or error-free operation of the website.

Where goods are supplied with a manufacturer or supplier warranty, your rights are limited to the benefit of that warranty together with any rights available to you under applicable law.

Retail Box will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of goods, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
