Hair and Beauty Sales Consultant 

Join our team at Retail Box in Canal Walk as a Hair and Beauty Sales Consultant! We are looking for candidates with experience in a retail environment, who can work flexible shifts according to shopping centre hours.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and assist in finding the perfect hair and beauty products.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest trends in the industry.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Requirements:

Experience in a retail environment is essential.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Advantageous to have experience in a salon environment.

Skin Care Therapist/Consultant

We are currently seeking a Skin Care Therapist with a specialization in retail sales to join our team at Retail Box Canal Walk.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to welcome customers, identify their needs, and provide expert advice on both our amazing range of Skin Care  products and our advanced treatments.

Alongside your sales responsibilities, you will also contribute to the overall success of our store by assisting with cleaning, stock organization, and finding innovative ways to enhance our operations.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a valid certification as a Skin Care Therapy and have 2-3 years of sales and customer-facing service experience in a premium environment. Excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per roster, are also required.
