Water-resistant Eye Liner

A professional waterproof liquid liner with a thin flexible felt brush for ease of application.

How to Use

For a natural result with an inter-lash effect, create a thin line with the tip of the pen.
Conversely, for a full and graphic effect, press more firmly on the applicator, drawing a thicker and more compact line.
