Energising and uplifting extracts of Birch, Juniper, Clove, Lavender, Thyme and Blue Chamomile, help to still the mind. Muscles are warmed and the body is left feeling recharged.

How to Use

Use 2-3 times a week.

Step 1

Empty 3 capfuls whilst filling the bath with warm water at body temperature.

Step 2

Soak in the bath and concentrate on abdominal breathing for 1-15 minutes.
