Focus on areas where you want to see the most improvement, such as the abdomen, waist, and arms. Hold the bottle at a slight distance and spray evenly over the targeted area. Gently massage the mist into the skin using circular motions until it is fully absorbed. For optimal results, use the mist consistently as part of your daily regimen.
